Questions on your Golf Packages:
Should you have any questions concerning your accommodations, please call the hotel you have booked directly. If your question concerns the golf courses - on their conditions, amenities, walking policies, etc. - call the golf courses directly.

Payments and Cancellations:
Individuals will lose 50% of the entire golf-room package if canceled within 7 days of booking date. Certain hotels may have a fee for canceling at any time. Groups, defined as 12 or more golfers, are required to make full payment two weeks prior to the booking date. Ask for information about individual payments and cancellation policies when booking your package.

Refunds and Rain Policy:
Unless a golf course closes all players are expected to play. A “no-show” for a scheduled tee time will be charged the full amount by the golf course. All players should arrive as scheduled if it is raining because it may not be raining at the golf course. All players must be present at the golf course to receive a rain check.

Golf Attire:
Proper attire and additional rules such as spectators, coolers, walking policies and cart restrictions vary from course to course. Most courses are non-metal spikes facilities. Players are encouraged to contact individual courses prior to play.

Booking Tee-Times on our 800.GOLF.222 Cancellation Policies:
For reservations booked within seven (7) days of scheduled play, golfer must guarantee payment with a credit card. Cancellations are accepted and a cancellation number will be given up to the day prior to scheduled play. Customer will have financial responsibility for a "no-show" or if cancellation is attempted within 24 hours of scheduled play.

Atlantic City Golf Vacationsn and cooperating agents act only in the capacity of agents for the vacationer in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations and golf course reservations. As such, they will not be liable for any injury, personal injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned, either by reason of or any defect in the company of persons engaged in, or carrying out, arrangements of the golf holiday.
