Q. What can I do to make my package cheaper?
A. First thing you can try doing is adjusting your dates of stay. Monday – Thursday is always cheaper than Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the golf courses and the hotels. Second, you can try playing a course after 11:00am or after 1:00pm when the golf courses twilight rates are usually available. If your price is still to high please call our toll free call center at (800) 465-3222 and we can see if there is a cheaper way to book your package for you.
Q. To avoid any fees, what is the cancellation policy for tee times and/or lodging?
A. You can modify your tee times and hotel accmmodations up to 30 days prior to your trip to avoid any fees. If you are cancelling an individuals reservation but NOT the entire group outside of 30 days a full refund for the deposit will be given and no fees will be charged.
Q. When do I pay for my lodging and golf?
A. Atlantic City Golf Vacations requires a deposit of 100.00 per person at the time of Booking. The balance is due 21 days prior to your scheduled travel.
Q. Do I have to pay for the entire group or can each player pay individually?
A. No, you don’t have to pay for the entire group at the time of booking. Once you book your trip you can pay for yourself and then forward the payment link to each individual in your group.

Our Golf Vacation Planners are extremely knowledgeable in the destination and are able to find the best values in the marketplace while saving you time and money. The convenience of booking multiple rounds of golf and multiple room nights from one provider will give you more time to practice for your trip instead of planning for your trip.
Q. Do I call the golf course or hotel if I need to change or cancel.
A. Prior to arrival, please call your Atlantic City Golf Vacations planner at 800-465-3222 for any questions or concerns. If you already on your trip and it is after business hours (Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm) please contact the golf course and they will do their best to accmmodate your requests.
Q. Do I need to follow the exact itinerary for a “special” vacation package or can I change it?
A. Should a current “Special” not fit your exact needs, we can custom design your vacation while still providing you substantial savings.
Q. Can Atlantic City Golf Vacations book my vacation using afternoon twilight rates? Can I book 36 holes in a day?
A. Yes, we always take advantage of twilight and re-play rates when available.
Q. Can I rent clubs at the golf course?
A. Yes, most courses now have rental clubs available for $30.00 -$45.00 a day and can be reserved in advance.
Q. My partner does not golf; can he/she ride with me in the cart?
A. Yes, subject to availabilty and depending on the course, there may be a cart fee for the rider of $15 to $25
Q. What happens if I cannot play golf because it is raining?
A. If the course is deemed closed by the golf course management a player may either choose to get a refund for that round from Atlantic City Golf Vacations or they can obtain a rain check from the golf course. If a course is open and weather conditions are not conducive to playing, rain checks will be issued at the golf courses discretion. ALL PLAYERS must be present to receive a rain check. Once play begins, Atlantic City Golf Vacations will provide no refunds for any reason as a rain check should be received from the course.
Q. What forms of payment does Atlantic City Golf Vacations accept?
A. Payments can be made by Check, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Q. What is the cut-off for booking a “last minute” vacation?
A. Depending on availabitly you may be able to book up to 48 hours prior to departure. There is NO LAST MINUTE surcharge when booking with us. The only limiting factor would be our ability to get the required travel documents to you prior to your departure. Generally it is best for you to plan your arrangements at least 60-days prior to your schedule departure date, to take advantage of better availability and pricing.
Q. Can I stay extra days at a destination once I have arrived?
A. Based on availability, you may make any additions or changes by simply calling your golf vacation planner at 800-465-3222. We will handle all the details while saving you time and money.
Q. What happens if my vouchers are lost or stolen before my trip? Or while I am on the trip?
A. Call your golf vacation planner, arrangements will be made to issue a duplicate set. In the event you are traveling, arrangements will be made with the hotel / golf course(s) to provide you with the accommodations or services as originally booked until we can get you a replacement set of vouchers.
